In the summer of 2020 Robert and Deanna Skillman made the decision to open their own diner and bakery, a dream that was 14 years in the making. They chose the location of what used to be The Sugar Shack in Greybull, Wyoming. After meeting with the owners of the building they opted to enter into a rental agreement with an option to purchase. With just one year to grow the business and secure a loan, they had a lot of work cut out for them.
